domain First shot at domaining - BasicEstimate.com and 2 others

This is my first shot at domaining. I grabbed a few... the other two are dictionary domains. I doubt these are good but I'd like to see what you guys appraise 'em at.

I like the sound of Basic Estimate but I can't figure out a good way to make money with it. A few tips I can offer--take them for what they are worth because I have plenty of stinkers.
1) TLD matters-.com is king, .net, .org and others need to be that much better to compare.
2) Does it make sense and sound good? As you say it, is there a good cadence? Can you picture someone saying this as their company name?
3) What are the revenue avenues? What would be the best angle to make money off this name? What company or website could use this?
4) Keywords-Are there advertisers who pay for these keywords? Put quotes around the domain words...with appropriate spacing, an do a google search. Are there advertisements? Good indication of some interest.
5) don't be afraid of development--A WordPress site can do wonders for a domain, and takes only a short time to set up.
6) Look for lists of available names from various sites that do some of the filtering for you. For a $1-2 premium, they can be well worth the time savings.
