2 Months into domaining and out of the blue i received a phonecall about a .co.uk domain i picked up from a portfolio investor.

I was offered £500/$650 on the spot and with the opportunity to negotiate however i took a short amount of time to not let this offer slip and accepted.

They were very tight lipped about what they would be doing with the domain which is fair enough.

As far as i am aware its the highest selling 4N.co.uk available on record.

1904.C0.UK

Paid through Escrow and money hit the bank today everything went relatively smooth.

I have a portfolio of around 90 domains to which this sale alone has covered my portfolio costs + huge profit for reinvestment.

Massive Thanks to the members for the help on the forum thus far really helping to give me a better understanding of the market being relatively new to this.

Thanks folks . Yeah i'm chuffed to bits again think a bit of luck on my side since saying that there are plenty of 19xx.co.uk domains still available again it could be used for anything even as an investment for the future maybe its the red-headed step-child of the 4N.com domains ( I can say that i'm red headed) :nailbiting:

As @dhyane says could be a potential clothing brand it really does fit (mind the pun) but it really could go anywhere . The .com in the same name is an Asian domain selling site which looks quite popular/buzy i approached them but never received any interest.

I could see this being a beer brand since its so generic. I also approached a couple of well known football/soccer teams as it was the age of the clubs founding again with no response.

I don't think i will chase this up on the location the domain ends up and for what end user none the less after feeling a bit disheartened with domaining on the whole it really has re-ignited that fire again my original plan was to give it a year and see if i could sell any and rebate anything back on parking.:pompous:
