information Existing Domain time period adjustments to other domains on GoDaddy

There was a time somewhere in 2016. GoDaddy helped in adjusting the paid extra years to my other domain which I no longer want to keep in the portfolio. Tried for the same method they denied since there policies have been changed, wish if there was such option. We all have few of domains in our portfolio which we don't want and for which we paid for 3-5 years in advance at half of the price which has been inflated today.
