First c&d letter. possibly

i need some advice. i registered the following domain names a couple months ago:

INSTANTMEDFICO.COM
ONLINEMEDFICO.COM
GETMYMEDICALFICO.COM
MEDICALFICOREPORT.COM
GETMEDFICO.COM
EASYMEDFICO.COM
MEDFICOTIPS.COM
123MEDFICO.COM
1800MEDFICO.COM
FASTMEDFICO.COM

i have heard that people are receiving C&D letters from Fair Isaac on the fico trademark.

what should i do if i receive one?

any suggestions are appreciated.

IMO - don't wait for the c&d, take the domains down or ask your registrar to delete them. The only TM domains people are willing to take a chance with are those that get traffic with revenue.
