Ok, my first post here because I was an idiot and registered a bunch of trademark domains. I quickly realised it was a bad idea, but I was so noob I didn't realise I could delete domains, and was just holding out for the domains to expire after a year.
So ... I now have a C&D on my hands. I offered to transfer as requested, but have not heard back.
Can I just delete the domain and be done with it? If I just delete the domain, will they still want anything from me? I've done nothing with the domain beyond registration.
Also, they want costs for their attorney. How is that reasonable?
