Think it could work well here for a Forum/Resource Guide/FAQ's:

And, they're not solely for non-profit use, but they are mainly for non-profit use, IMHO. I also like .ORG's for both keyword/search engine potential, and for alternative marketing puposes (especially for Real Estate, Business Associations, and the like). This one is a bit off in that regard due to the inherent ".NET" suitability, as I see it ... but still good potential, $23.75 - $35+ (wholesale), IMHO.
