In firefox my site looks fine, but in IE some of the images have a blue border around them. What's funny is all the images had a blue border until I hit refresh and then only the ones intended to have any border had it. . .

The problem is not so much that they have a border but that it is the wrong color. Perhaps I need to explicitly declare it to be black in CSS?

If the images are linked and you haven't specified for there to be no border, a blue border will show up in IE. If you want no borders on any images, add this to your CSS:
Code:
img {
     border: 0px;
}
