My traffic stats on www.dealideal.com now show that a steady 5.5% of all visitors are Firefox users.
That's 5.5% unaccounted for by Alexa (since the toolbar is only available for IE) and it can't be ignored. My Alexa rating has dropped slightly since Firefox was launched even though the traffic is growing.
I know that Alexa's numbers are projected calculations (all users/Alexa users ratio), but with every new FF download, Alexa becomes more and more inaccurate.
I think we'll see a day when Firefox will strangle Alexa and force them to do something drastic in order to survive.
