Fintech in the Gulf Cooperation Council of countries (Oman, Kuwait, Saudi, Bahrain, UAE, Qatar) is a burgoening industry as these countries are diversifying away from oil and gas toward high tech ventures. Did a little bit of research and Fintech startups are growing after being late to the game.

Governments usually go for the cctld or the extension that they have for government use.
In fintech, I don't see this would have a lot of value.
Maybe xxx range only.
Maybe I am missing out on something when it comes to this name.
