Hi,
I think most people who use these already know where to stock up. You can buy them pretty much everywhere. I don't think people would tap it into their phone when they need some.

It's not like trying to find a cashpoint or a place to get a coffee.

OK well, the website we created for that domain allowed anyone to find them for free in Philly (USA). It ranked at the top of the results for a while ("Free condoms in Philadelphia"). We were even going to expand the reach to NYC, but we lost interest in the project and thus the domain name is available for sale. Thanks for the brilliant posts.

In my not at all professional opinion, I think it would be more appealing if it was "findcondoms" and a .org for maybe a non-profit play to help people find free sheepskin.
