Find + Friend makes no sense. I don't know my anyone else would register anything else but the .com
Even the .com would be junk unless there's traffic or revenue coming in.
Reg Fee unless your earning cash or there's alot of traffic.

Value is putting up a site and seo. Maybe info on "how to" find your friend online or a people search engine.

IMO, just to flip, probably low to mid $$ to a reseller
