I'd keep it, but if you want to sell it undeveloped, don't expect anything for it right now. Also, consider the renewal fees.Not sure how long it will take for the economy of the West to collapse in a heap (our leaders seem to be intent on getting there fast, though). Out of the rubble, I expect India and China to be strong.

Three reasons:
(i) Undeveloped, I couldn't verify that because I got an error
(ii) Hyphen.
(iii) Do not see much commercial value.
