im honestly not sure if the domain have some sort of value, i know financing is a good keyword, but does the "bay" take away the value? Im not sure if ebay has the monopoly/tm on domains that contain the word bay.

There are a lot of domains that use the word bay because of eBay these days. The value of the domain name is around $20, if you get reg fee or above, take it.
