You would have to develop this. You'd have to generate traffic. Ideally it should be 'xpense' but then if you insist this is 2.0

Since you have 'pence' you could also target the UK market where pence is the currency. So x pence could also mean ex-pence (not being with the pence any more)

Domains are looked up by buyers by generic words or if they already have a brandname in mind. If you float this name in forums it might help.

Start with parking this using financial, mortgage, stock, loan, expense led keywords.

See if you can then also develop this!
