Brandbucket rejected the name and to be honest I was/am surprised about that.
I think it could be a nice name for e-money, a financial service or a toy/game/app.
Dough definitely is a popular term for cash or money and should appeal to (young) people.
The name is short, pronouncable and easy to remember. A problem could be that it could be misspelled as do-we or something like that.
