If buyer/lessor is approached by an interested buyer/broker prior to the date that the lease concludes or prior to the receipt of the final payment installment, seller (I) must be notified immediately. Pending that the final installment payment is satisfied - I will bear no right nor expect a commission or fee from the buyer/lessor. If you fulfill your end to me, the domain(s.) are yours.
