This is a mutually beneficial situation for all parties - the party agreeing to finance/purchase or lease will be granted the right to any and all revenue generated through parking, development or any other form of monetization (MEANING: all are monetized, some developed now and once terms of finance/ lease are determined, buyer/ lessor has the right to make any upgrade or change directly resulting in driving revenue.) If buyer/lessor is approached by an interested buyer/broker prior to the date that the lease concludes or prior to the receipt of the final payment installment, seller (I) must be notified immediately. Pending that the final installment payment is satisfied - I will bear no right nor expect a commission or fee from the buyer/lessor. If you fulfill your end to me, the domain(s.) are yours.
