Finally picked a niche!

I wanted to make a website in a certain niche and promote it, and everyone said don't go on what's popular, go on what you also enjoy etc.

So I finally picked:

FruitMachineKeys (dot) org

This website will be about Fruit Machine Keys. A fruit machine is a gambling machine. And there are keys out there which will tell you information of the machine like; the payout percentage, last payout, etc.

The legal standing of this is in the grey area and I will enjoy creating a website about this.

I am also looking for a free Fruit Machine theme also!

That is something I do not understand. Outside of internet poker and those internet casinos, that actually allow you to deposit money, which in turn means you are breaking the law. Why is it against their TOS for you to have an ad on a site that simply talks about gambling? Your not breaking the law, so why do they need to block it?
