I has the misfortune of being logged onto my Google Voice associated with my domain regs when a call came in from 3058891825
I was leaving the line open because a bona fide customer about to pay mid five figures is scheduled to phone me on this line.
The Indian accented person who called from Miami, FL: 3058891825 kept asking for the owner of a domain that I own. I was cagey, asking what he wanted, and who this was, but trying to be polite in case this was my bona fide buyer, although by then I was sure it was not because the domain he mentioned was not the one I was expecting a call on, but the caller kept demanding to know if this was the owner of the domain.
Finally when I refused to confirm if I was the owner, he started saying, "well we got an update that this domain needs a website...." at which point I clicked him off, and marked the number as SPAM to avoid future incoming calls from this number.
Looking over my missed call log, a lot from FL, so pretty much any call from that state these days is suspect.
