domain FilesIndex.com 8 yr old Domain What do you think

I just purchased FilesIndex.com it's a 8 year old domain with some pages already indexed and was a pr5 a few months ago ... I am going to develop it into a Shareware site but what do you all think it is worth dnscoop.com sais 5,000 but I know that is high just for the domain.

Its nice but has a bad typo hidden in it.

I don't think its worth more than mid - high $xx
But the indexing and search links might add value.
