Nice site; are you interested in the value of the whole thing, content and all, or just the 'empty' domain name?
I'll appraise just the name:
Wide use, hugely versatile, and usable and appealing to very valuable organizations, ranging from entertainment on tv (Wrestling, Ultimate Fighting, etc.), movies, to real-world combat, war, martial arts. Extremely nice. Dot.net not quite as prime as dot.com here, but won't hurt it too much IMO, you'll still get some primo dinero if you choose to sell.

Even as a dot.net you shouldn't recognize anything less than med x,xxx for this, say from a reseller. From an end user, bids should get up to a few times this amount; many times this amount if you do indeed interest one of the larger possible buyers, esp those associated with tv and movies. Then you'll be looking at comfortably into the xx,xxx range, and the sky's the limit if they really want it. Nice one. One of the strong, valuable, versatile words with wide appeal, that will likely keep a very strong value even though it's not a dot.com.
