This is one of the few where it may have more value with an additional word (eye). It just looks a little odd as it sits now, but after a second you realize what it could be for.

A quick search revealed a product from 1998, may not have caught on because I see no TM's in a TESS search.

Would you develop or sell the domain name? For what kind of product? An eye care product or a nail drying product?

looks like the products are available if you search dry drops it pulls up several on amazon---Sally Hansen Insta-Speed Dry Drops and some others----looks like searching on Amazon it could be eye drops or nail polish--I think

Maybe you can sell eye drops on the domain. A bit too niche for a brandable domain.
