After a long period of developement and changes in my decision on the license i have finally released the first version of FedraBB and it is free!

Well it is completely open source so if your any good at php you should have no problems.

yea i know im zend certified... that should tell you im pretty good with php. if your looking for some development improvements, im always available for a opensource project...

Cool although i don't suggest making anthing big until the later releases, i plan to change a few things.

alright, ill see what i can do though. I like the light weight forums, like yours and that other one... i cant remember what its called!

Well i plan a few features for the future so it may not be so lightweight...i honestly hate people that are so stuck up about 'bloat features' they think signatures and avatars are bloat features they add personal touches and i dont see how they bloat forum software lol.

you know what i would love to see? A script you can run to patch the files auto, so they dont have to reupload all the files. Its pretty easy to do, you could charge for that feature and make some cash from this.

Well the point of me making this was not really to make money but through it taking up all my time im kinda in debt actually :P, i dont really have an idea yet how to do that but it would be a nice thing to have.

Couldn't get image tags to work properly.. pics hosted with Imageshack.us (for example) wouldn't work.

im part of the support team now fine, so i guess i am the whole support team atm....

Anyway, we are already working on RC2. most likely we are gonig to go through quite a few RC's.

Anyone can ask questions on the forum. we will answer what we can.

i did a random thought and typed the forum name into google before. apparently its already popped up in a few forum discussions
