This is a quick note to let you know Cerberus Helpdesk 3.0 and Workstation 1.0 have officially launched!

We'd like to give another big thanks to the Cerberus 3.0 Beta Team (community-driven) for the months of hard work. From a lot of user feedback since 3.0 RC1 we've added Quick Workflow, Search Builder, Quick Find and a couple hundred small tweaks/improvements.
