Better late than never? :red:

We had 11 fine nominees for Feb MOTM, and taking the prize with 20% of the vote is.... IAmAllanShore! Always one to lend a helping hand, he joins a very small group of two time MOTM winners and it's my pleasure to give him this new red MOTM medal. Congrats!

A few comments from other members,

"I vote for age and experience over youthfulness and beauty every time!

Not necessarily saying Allan's an ugly old fart but erm..... I'll shut up now."
- B33R

"Input is always helpful to those of us that don't know!
Definetly someone to listen to and learn from. Thanks for your contributions to NamePros your posts are always helpful."
- mis_chiff

"A solid nomination - Certainly one of the community members that stand out above the rest." - Matthew.

"Always has something intelligent to add to conversations, especially regarding legal issues. A great member to the NP community. Newbs, keep an eye out for Allan's posts. Read and learn from them." - fonzie_007

Besides the medal, Allan is receiving credit for 5 free domain registrations.

Nominations are open now for March 2007 MOTM. We're going to extend the nomination period to April 14th afterwhich voting will begin immediately. Thanks to everyone who participated!

Thanks, folks ;)
I'm officially coining the phrase a "Deucer" , that has nothing to with bodily movements :notme:

Again, it's a pleasure to be here, and thanks to all involved for keeping this a great place to share and learn! </obligatory cheese that is none-the-less true!>

Best,

-Allan :gl:

Sorry I didn't post a proper Congratulations earlier.

I've seen some of your posts around and you are very helpful to people all around the community and help out wherever you can. Plus, you have a sense of humor. To me, that would make me vote for you any day because someone who has a good sense of humor and helps people out on a regular basis is an excellent acheivement.

Sorry if that post seems weird but you'll have to fogive me, it's 01:20am and I need my sleeps. =D

Just thought i'd give my input. ;D

As I look around this thread, I see several people that have posted who deserve to be recognized as a MOTM, and I'm sure they will be one day. But with only 1 award each month, only 12 in an entire year, there just aren't that many awards to go-around.

And the Staff/Leaders are usually less likely to receive nominations and votes, so that makes it especially tough on them. Not to mention RJ himself, who obviously deserves it 100 times-over, but he usually removes his name from the voting when gets nominated.

Lots of great folks here at NP. :)
