Quite a while back I submitted one of my favicons (designed by me) on this site: http://www.favicon.co.uk/gallery.php and they've been nice enough to add my favicon to their gallery and I noticed that I've received some traffic from them. It's a really cool site full of very creative favicons, you can send your favicon design too and the bonus is that you get a backlink!
