Great name Bill.

The fashion industry is HOT, and fashion shows are very important to the industry.

All gTLD's are taken, and many of the ccTLD's are taken... including .cc, .tv, .us, .in, .de, and .cn

Ovt w/o could be a little better, but 46,765 is far from shabby. I tend to learn toward ovt names over the 250k mark, but there are always exceptions... this would be one of them.

The .ws is a hard sell in most cases, but I feel that your keywords are strong enough to pull at least $59-109 undeveloped on the aftermarket.
