This is like a combination of Farmers (farmers.com) and Farm Bureau (fb.org).

I don't really see resale value and it could be navigating a trademark minefield.

This is like combing the word Farmers and Farm Bureau and since .org fb is develop could be an issue as well. I don't really think anyone would buy it for TM fear and it could be a trademark violation.
