You need to pick a different parking keyword *immediately* before you get a lawsuit or UDRP for trademark infringement.

You are wrong. FAO is a major component of their trademark, and if there was any doubt, you're showing their ads, which is infringement. The domain alone would be OK but showing their ads or ads for toys is confusingly similar.

I found online statement from one process about their trademark that company is "exclusive owner in the United States and elsewhere of the "FAO SCHWARZ" and "FAO SCHWEETZ" trademarks".
That cant means that they have fao as trademark, not with this statement.

And about ads, i have not set keyword, so i will maybe change it just in case :hehe:
But i am sure here is not trademark conflict.

LLL domains basically cannot be sued for trademark infringement unless they were regged with bad faith. Thus a website using the ads of the trademark owner would be unlucky. (As it would be dangerous to offer the DN to the trademark owner; could be explained as bad faith.)

By the way: fao.com, owned by FAO Schwarz, is a nicely developed homepage and appraised with $110k by Estibot.

I had no idea what FAO was or meant either... only thing that caught my attention was the number of replies to this post.. I thought to myself "why is everyone going crazy for random LLL.me"

I dont think most people in the world know what FAO is. It could stand for any number of things..

Right now I'd put random LLL.me's slightly above reg fee for reseller. Good luck!
