To be honest, out of the years I've been doing business online, I've worked with hundreds of designers & programmers. This would be the first time I make a negative post about one.. (man, 2 days before Christmas too!)
I hired FantasyCreative.com to put together a 4-page design job for a client of mine. Here is the rough time-line of our communication:
Again, something is wrong here. The troubling thing is, I've worked with this company once before, and although he was late with the delivery, he had still delivered a quality product.
I do not believe in personal attacks (which is why I'm not mentioning his name), but I do believe that when a company, small or big, does not do what they promise, you guys should know about it.
Has anyone of you had a negative experience with FantasyCreative? A positive experience? If you had a positive experience with him, what was different?

Dec. 10th: FantasyCreative addresses my question about his reliability, and assures that he aims to respond to emails '12 hours of receiving them'. Also offers a 15% off discount if I am to pay 100% upfront. I do and make payment on this day. http://no_url_shorteners/5z7Jm
*From Dec. 13th till Dec. 20th, I sent 2 emails, 2 MSN IMs, and 1 PM, all at different times - no response at all*
Dec. 19th: I file a PayPal dispute that escalates.
Dec. 20th: FantasyCreative contacts me explaining that his mother had an accident or something, and just noticed the dispute. I respond that I've already hired a new designer, and asks that he kindly refunds my money. http://no_url_shorteners/5z89V
Dec. 20th: PayPal contacts me saying that they received 'shipping proof' from the seller (FantasyCreative), and that I will not be refunded. http://no_url_shorteners/5z8fH
Dec. 21st: I contact FantasyCreative concerning this and asks for an explanation or a refund. No response till this day.
