Famous .WS sites？

I'm curious about the state and potential of the .WS domains.

I don't recall having seen any well-developed　.WS　Web sites.

Has anybody seen one?

Nope, I also haven't seem any popular .ws sites either. Personally, I wouldn't waste money investing in this extention

I have seen small successful sites but nothing on a grand scale but that's most extensions. I haven't seen the .ws stats for registrations but I assume it's abysmal.

I've always like .ws because there are so many good keywords - keyword phrases still available.. when it comes down to it, my feeling is what's before the .ext is more important than the ext itself. Good keywords will always get you traffic and ranking IMO.

That's so very true. You certainly gain more traffic via SERPs than you do type-ins. Especially if you don't have dot com. Basically if you can't get the dotcom keyword and you are expecting search engine results...extension doesn't matter all that much imho.
