3. What the **** is a fall case?

To me it sounds like a staircase where you always slip and fall... Who would want that?

Lawyers. You know some of them have domain names like SupercalifragilisticexpialidociousFirm.com . I think one of the could benefit from something like FallCase.com

Now I get it but sadly they use slip and fall. Can't really appraise this since it depends on the end user. Sorry.
