discuss Failed to pay for GoDaddy expiring auction in 24 hours.

Hi all,

I was the second or third place bidder of the Godaddy expiring auction, earlier today I noticed the mail which told me I won this auction because the winning bidder failed to complete the payment. I saw it was in my Godaddy auction page, but when I tried to pay for this domain, I found it disappeared. Then I checked this mail, I noticed that the mail was received yesterday, and I only have 24 hours to pay for it. I delayed several minutes.

Anyone knows if I still have chance to pay for this domain? Any experience with this by anyone would be appreciated.

Login at https://auctions.godaddy.com/ and then go to bidding list > won. It should be in there and you can click on 'pay for this domain'.

It was there but when I try to pay for it, it disappeared. I think I just exceeded the 24 hours limitation of the payment. Any suggestion to get the chance to pay for it again?

All you can really do at this point is email auctions (at) godaddy.com and ask. Or even give GoDaddy a call, their phone support is actually top notch imo (at least their UK offices are).
