Fahv.com ... as a Social Bookmark site ?

What do you think..


I think it sounds like a good name for a social bookmarking site.. What's your fahv site? Add it to your favorites, fahv's..

I also own Ulyk.com which I thought would be a good user review article submissions site..

So what do you guys think? Are these types of sites easy to develop/build? I know the marketing will take some work probably but is it pretty easy to maintain a site like this?

Honestly, I would never associate fahv with 'favourite' or ulyk with 'you like'. Just some weird combination but that's just my noob opinion so don't mind me. I'm wrong most of the time.

As to developing them into social bookmarking is pretty easy as there are plenty of free scripts online to help you with it. :D Getting users will be the tough part.

ulyk is the better of the two IMO.. but would definitely need branding and development for any real value. It's up to you to decide if it's worth it, considering it's not likely to get type-ins.

I think fahv works. When I saw it in the thread title, even before I saw the part about a social bookmarking site, I thought "fave" and "favorite" (or favourite, for those of you here from the gray/grey traveling/travelling thread).
