I've gone through my list of LLLL.com's and singled these out as the one's I'm going to market as pronouncable.

It seems that everyone has there own idea of what is pronouncable in the LLLL.com world. There are a couple that may be a strech, Ive put how I pronounce it in (parenthesis).

I just wanna get everyone's opinion before I start calling them pronouncable. If you see one, or a couple you don't think are pronouncable please let me know.

Cheers and thanks for the help.

Am assuming you mean pronouncable to English speakers? (Where I come from w is often a vowel)

These can be said, but notice that how you say them is a little different to how they're actually spelt, the closer the sound is to the spelling, the higher the quality (:imho:)

czir (ks'eer)
dohv (d'ove)
ehze (ey'ze)
fahv (fa'v)
irqo (ir'ko)
juhd (j'ud)
mewv (m'yoove)
niyl (n'eel)
ogyr (og'eer)
phoj (f'oj)
quyr (k'ure)
thlu (th'lu)
ulyk (ul'ik)
zaxz (s'acks)
zilj (z'ilj)

I cannot pronounce these in English without sticking some extra vowel sounds in-
bufk
fazb
jhez
qech
suqr

Yeah I was reffering to English. But hey, if someone else wants to pronounce it another way, by all means.. :) I've never heard of a 'w' as being a vowel, but then I'm not from the UK either.

I guess eveyone views and pronounces a sequence of letters differently, with some consensus. I bet it has alot to do with your accent. I have a mid-west/Cali/Boston/gay accent LOL (I moved alot growing up).

Thanks y'all Rep added:)

Welsh is one of the world's oldest languages (and one of the best- its main modern-day purpose is to confuse non-Speakers and allow locals some fun laughing at attempts to ask for directions to places such as Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch)

'w' can be a vowel pronounced like the 'oo' in cool or the 'u' in full.

We also have the letter 'dd' pronouced as the 'th' in this.

ddwch.com could be classed as a three-letter, pronouncable .com in Welsh as 'dd' and 'ch' are single letters in Welsh (just with two characters).

(P.S. it's not a real word and if you're really interested you'd pronounce it something like thoochk)

I love it! Thanks for the breif lesson in Welsh phonics:) The 'w' being pronounced as 'oo' makes sense because when you say the letter 'w' you are saying 'double u' = 'uu' = 'oo' Though I don't think I'll ever see it that way at first glance.

I've heard of the gogogoch place .. lol

BTW: I've added another one, Jkeb.com. Now I consider this pronouncable because you say 'j' 'keb'. Like the name... Jacob but with an 'eh' sound rather the 'ah' sound. Kinda like my Czir.com you say the 'c' then prounounce the 'zir'. Kinda like Ipod or Xmen or Gdog or Ajax or Bkuz etc..etc..
