Facebook apps

We are in the process of developing a facebook apps for our site. There many features we can add. Is it better we make it fun adding things such as virtual currency, or is it better to be serious only allowing the interaction through discussion?

The site is to have an anonymous Q&A with a doctor. The questions are posted and then reviewed by a group of doctors. The answers are posted in a yahoo answers like format but the only people allowed to reply are pre-approved doctors.

I would say keep it serious, but don't forget anyone using the app will get things posted on their wall, and I personally wouldn't want all my friends worried about my health.

Well, I agree with you for FaceBook is an open source of data. As far as I know there's an option asking if you want to publish it to your wall or not. I guess we can use that option. What do you think?
