Facebook Application

Hi I was wondering if there was anyone out their who develops facebook applications? I am thinking about having one developed and was wondering how much this usually costs. I imagine it depends on the amount of work so if you need to give me a PM for the details let me know.

I was also wondering if there is anything you have to do through facebook to get your application approved / etc. Thanks a lot.
