Hey Ali,

This is a great domain, however it is difficult to put a dollar amount on it because it is very specific, so the right storage company could pay $50,000 or more. The great thing about this domain is that it isn't technology-specific, meaning it doesn't contain "cloud", "disk", "ssd", and not restricted to current market trends... So from a technology perspective it is timeless and will not diminish in value.

Another use for this awesome TLD is Physical Offline Storage for Extreme Corporate/Personal Data. The model revolves around the idea of an actual building that features Bank Vault like qualities for the Data Storage. The Data Vault is not connected to the Net in anyway hence the 'Extreme'. The Data to be stored would have to hand delivered. Extreme amounts of Start-Up Capital would be required for the setup but the storage fees would pay for setup, if managed and marketed smartly. I actually have the extreme remote landmass too build this Data Storage Facility, Deep Underground Vaults can be constructed on this Dainty piece of land.
