* The banner ad will be given EXCLUSIVE PLACEMENT at the top or near the top of every page hosted. One banner ad per page only.
* THE BANNER WILL NOT BE ROTATED.
* The banner must be a minimum of 468x60 px and a maximum of 728x90 px. Both sizes must be submitted.

TERMS
* The minimum term is 30 days.
* New sites added after the cycle has begun will not be included in the sites that the banner ad will be on. They can be included in the next cycle, although the fee will have to be negotiated.
* Once initiated, this is non-cancelable so serious advertisers only, please!
* Notice for renewal or non-renewal must be tendered 2 days before the cycle ends.
* Only 1 advertiser will be accepted.
