Exclusive resell rights to my script FOR SALE

Hi,

I'm selling exclusive resell rights to my script, CountryOnSale V1.2.

By 'exclusive resell rights' I mean you would be the only person who has the rights to sell the script. Even I would no longer be allowed to sell it!

I have made almost $1000 from selling this script. I have sold it at various prices from $19 to $49, although the 'official' price of the script is $99. But I was selling it in a sale through my website, www.BioSpherical.net*.

I also made a deal with an eBay member who has the rights to sell the script as a website. This means he can install the script and sell it but he cannot sell the script on its own. This, although on the face of it may seem like something which detracts from business, is actually a good thing. He's sold a few websites on eBay using the script and every time he has done so has referred people who simply want to buy the script to me. I have managed to sell the script to some of these people.
And anyway, he hasn't sold one of the websites on eBay for a while so he's not particularly serious about selling them.

Summary
- The buyer of this would be the only person with rights to sell the script
- The buyer would therefore become the new owner of the script
- You will be able to sell the script for however much you like, wherever you like
- You can sell resell rights to the script if you wish
- In fact, you can do anything you like with it!
- No website is included, but I will include the domain www.biospherical.net
- If the site is restored it will be included

How much?
I don' have a set price I will sell for. But obviously I'm looking for offers in the $xxxx region as the script has made $1000 in income (in about 3 months of trading).

*BioSpherical.net is currently not working. The hosting has been down for well over a month and I have my doubts if it will be restored, despite the hosting company telling me it will be. I will include the domain www.biospherical.net in any sale but there is not guarantee any website will be included! If the website is restored it will of course be included though.

NOTE: The site is unlikely to be restored, as the hosting company seem to have lost all the files for it. But the domains biospherical.net and countryonsale.com will still be included in any sale.

I'm still looking to sell these rights. So I'll say:
Buy It Now (B.I.N) price - $2100. Remember: I made almost $1000 income from the script in just 3 months, so it should be worth at least $3500.

If you are looking for a cheaper option, I may sell resell rights alone for just $475. This means you would be able to resell the script but I would still own master rights to it. You wouldn't be able to sell resell rights. I'll sell these basic resell rights to up to 5 people.
