Exclusive master rights to two php scripts

Hi,

I'm looking to sell exclusive master rights to two PHP scripts. I currently sell them through my website. If you buy rights you'll be the only person able to sell these scripts.

They're both unique with potential to be improved and (if you want to), sold at a good price.

Here are the two scripts:

• Aliens from Mars game

• Hot Model Contest script

The main reason for wanting to sell rights to the scripts is that I need the money for developing my other scripts. I feel these two scripts would be better off with someone else who can have them developed and improved; I personally would only be able to have minor improvements done at the moment. They have the potential to be excellent scripts and you'll be able to sell them for higher prices than they current are, but I don't have the time to dedicate to them!

Both scripts have had a few sales in the past, I'd say between them they've had $150-$250 worth of sales (but not on the new site). They've never really been marketed individually though as I've done with some of my other scripts.

I'd like $395 for rights to both scripts. Or, individually:
- Aliens From Mars - $275
- Hot Model Contest - $175
