The keyword, "excel tutorial" gets 49,500 searches a month globally. 12,900 searches a month in the USA.

I think it's worth high $xx - low $xxx to an end user. To a domainer low $xx - mid $xx.

It's worth much more if developed into a site and making a small amount of money each month with ads.

I would recommend you to stick with .com because its hard to sell .net if its not good single word

The .com version is not available and is registered by Microsoft itself, so there is zero chance for them to sell that. So if someone is interested to build useful information/tutorials around excel then this domain could be quite handy and that's why i am looking for an valuation. I would say low $xx range for the domain alone. The domain has really one use, which is to serve as a website with Excel tutorials. If you could slap a few articles about excel on it you could get a decent amount more selling the website on Flippa.
