Ok, I weeded out a couple hundred more parked domains, but you guys seem so excited to see something so I decided i'd post a preliminary list of developed domains.

Keep in mind that this list DOES still contain some parked pages, but the majority of them have been weeded out. I will still be working to improve this process by interpreting the actual content of the sites (currently i'm going off of nameservers and patterns in the title of the domains). I might try to incorporate some things I learned back in AI class in college, just so i can say it hasn't gone to waste

Anyway, look for more posts on updated and improved lists in the near future. Once this becomes more accurate, I'll use it on other tld's and patterns (N-N-N, LLLL etc...).

The list contains 3,583 domains, and is arranged like this: domain title createDate

Let me know if you'd like a different format and i'll cook it up real quick.

ps - bluebecker, go ahead and add this list to your site if you want. or wait for the better list, it's your choice

great stuff, so if its around 4k developed, that was out of approx 10k before the last 7.5k were nailed by domainers. so 40% were developed .
as it stands now around 25% with more being added daily i would imagine :sold: :imho:

yep. about 25% developed which is what we've been saying all along

especially considering domainers nailed the last 7.5k out of 17.5k approx :yell

is incrediblt

expect enduser approaches in the coming months, years when they relaise theres no more handregges :sold:

A mortgage company,..... not hard to imagine, that if an average house in England now is $300,000 (and thats cheap), even a small mortgage company must have tens of millions of pounds worth of property on books. more like hundreds of millions of pounds.
be nice for us if they 'get' the domain thing and start equating some of that corn into domain purchases :sold:
