Hey everyone,

how do we know if an (exact match domain) is not considered as a Cybersquatting act?...

Lets say I own GreatTea.com and I offer the name to a company that run by a website called GreatTeaNY.com... Is that cybersquatting?

Thank you in advance for your answer :)

That is not cybersquatting.

It's what we domaining EXPERTS call "Having Them By The BALLS"!!!

I Like To Squeeze.

Someone please correct me, but I think:
1. GreatTea.com is not EMD, GreenTea.com would be
2. You can't trademark "great tea", at least not in beverage category, because it's a common product description (maybe it's different in the US, but in EU it wouldn't pass)

Now if you owned EMD GreenTea.com and a software company had it trademarked, and you offered it to them, then things could get messy.
