Hello everyone. I have a website with the domain 144hzlaptop.com. it is an exact match domain and has more than 100 000 monthly searches per month in Google, but I am getting 0 impressions, can someone tell me why? or can help me how to get impressions and first place in searches? Thanks!

The number of more than 100000 that you refer to, are not searches, these are search results. That's two completely different things. The real number of searches in the USA is 360.

Also, for appearances you need much more than exact matches, that factor alone means absolutely nothing.

I search and can't find any ranking in Google, but the website is indexed but when I type 144hz laptop in search I can't find my website in search results.
