Revenue details:
The revenue is NOT verified unfortunately, as it isn't possible to easily prove
where the revenue came from (the seller owns other traffic exchange sites,
and can't separate the reports).
I trust the former owner of the site as I have done business with him in the
past and he seems to be a very straightforward, honest man.
He has owned the site for about 3 months, and claims to have made over
$500 a month with the site (which refers to the 3 month period only, not
the period before that, in which as you can see from the traffic screenshot
the site was somewhat dormant).
His revenue sources are mainly from selling traffic through Ebay & Stormpay
auctions, but also from people purchasing traffic through his site.
I'd like to emphasize this - the revenue is NOT verified - there was no
easy way of verifying his claims unfortunately, hence I can't guarantee it in
any way. This is why my starting bid and BIN are so low.
Keep in mind that I CAN guarantee the site has the traffic I show it has, and
I know that traffic could be sold on Ebay and other auctions, since people
want to purchase that traffic (see other auctions on Ebay, Stormpay etc.
for surf exchange based traffic, as examples). The only non guaranteed
factor here is the amount of revenue to be made.
The seller has given me examples of traffic auctions he's made on Ebay for a
combination of his traffic exchange sites, some of them provide adult traffic
(but eWebTraffic.net does not) - so if it helps, I can provide these links, but
keep in mind they do not necessariy represent auctions that were fulfilled
with traffic from this site (they do, however, prove that revenue is possible
to make).

14,000 so far in December, 80,000+ average in the 2 months before that.
Traffic details:
Traffic apparently wasn't serious during the entire year, until the new owner
took over this business in September. He then started promoting, and got
quite a bit of members to join. Traffic screenshot is here:

For an example of the admin screen's statistics of user submited sites (i.e.
how many credits the users have, what sites they currently operate with
our traffic exchange), here's another screenshot (personal details blurred):

One major point to consider about the traffic - Since during surfing,
the script only refreshes the frame with the actual site to be viewed, it
doesn't add to the site's pageviews. In other words, don't think the site has
had X pageviews in a certain month implies in any way as to how many
pages the members were actually surfing - two entirely unrelated statistics.
Description:
The site is based on the "Autohits Pro v3.0" script, which in my searches I
found costs between $69-$89.
During the 5 days or so since I purchased this business, 10-11 new users
enrolled, hence the site appears to be quite active (the site wasn't
advertised for sale during those 5 days, hence the statistics are not skewed
due to people examining the site during the sale).
I thought I was keeping the site at first, but then a day later I purchased a
large project that I need to work on.
I have already commissed a designer to redesign the site a bit ( not a major
overhaul, but something that would make the site look more appealing and
layed out better at least - including changing the menu colors, the text's
placement, layout, and the overall look of the site... and I guess making the
site look a little more suitable for 2005-2006
).
This redesign contract has already been ordered, and it's yours free when
you purchase the site. I have also arranged for the site to be moved to my
hosting this Saturday, so naturally if you pay before that time, I will simply
have it moved to yours instead, free of charge
The former owner recently added Google adsense, but the income is very
random (but not over $30 or so a month according to him) - so assume no
serious income from that at this point.
The site has some advertisements running, such as here:

(9,842) and a PR5, so that's not too bad.

Site maintenance involves mainly approving sites (to make sure they do not
contain any illegal material, adult etc. - you just click them, they open in a

would assume the site will not have any major Google PR in the next update
(maybe 2 or 3).

guess you will be the judge of that

One thing I left out - there are *A LOT* of visitor credits left on other sites that point to this site. That means this site will keep getting those credits until they run out.
The reason for the slowdown in traffic is more than likely the coming holidays. People who use banner exchanges normally own small websites of course.
The owner has around 20,000,000 (!!!) visitor credits left on all sites pointing to this site. He is willing to keep it that way, or alternatively if I prefer to have it all from one site and be able to control it better, he could allocate 2,000,000 visitors from one site. I'm looking into this further, and will post a list of all sites with how many credits exist on each soon.
I would of course prefer option #1, but if you don't trust this person and the statistics he has shown, you could still have 2,000,000 visitors in your own account.
Here is an e-mail from him specifying how many credits and such left on each account from a few of the major sites he deals with...
These visitors are your exact target audience - they already use sites like yours, hence the value is incredible
