I recently launched a new web design and development business online. Only problem is that my design has a lot of graphics. If anyone is on dialup could they kindly tell me how long it takes for my website to load for them, thank you.

Brian

damn, guess the dialup users will have to suffer...

I wonder what the ratio is of internet users on dialup vs high speed broadband.

Yea I just became aware of this problem... Could you do me a huge favor, test my page on some other links other than the index page. Does it happen on all pages?

You might want to check your website on other browsers, as well. Try www.broswercam.com (I think they have a free trial?).

UPDATE!!

1) The mozilla browser problem is fixed. Page views fine in mozille now.

2) Aligned drop down menus

3) New page bgcolor

4) Changed font style and color scheme of drop down menus

5) Added link exchange section:

I have an idea that is almost always neccesary. Go in to photoshop and open up alllll the images use for your website. now click file and then save for web... then save it at like 60 percent and that will not decrease quality, but it will cut down on load time ALOT. Also, the golds gym website that i critiqued about 5 months ago turned out nice... good job!

p.s.
i dont see any loading on my 600kb/sec.... it seems to already be their when i clicked the link.. lol, but then again i dont use 56k
