You use gambling affiliate programs where all sign ups through site either earn you CPA or rev share i suggest rev share where you earn money for that players lifetime at the site.

Is this something that might be risky to own being in the USA? I hear there are some laws that aren't too favorable for poker site owners. Or am I mistaken.

There are loads of american poker site owners and affiliates as well as lots of poker sites and casinos still targetting Us players so i dont see a risk in being an affiliate.
