Alot of people think that TV or television on the internet sucks for the most part. Since .TV is easily marketed as TV and television, it goes without saying that streaming is a huge problem. Up until now it has never made sense to make an entirely online television station. With this new development from cisco, it now makes perfect sense to be fully online. Hopefully it will inspire more and more channels to make the switch, and when they do you can bet alot of the endusers will want a .TV

Of course the question is when - same as usual!

Having an "entirely online television station" makes sense now. In another sense vid sites like YouTube are (self-serve) TV stations. Though the 'sense' your talking about is a broadcast or cable tv station live streaming online 24/7-365. On the flipside, one of my online tv sites has its own dedicated channel on a cable system and streams "live" 24/7-365 right alongside the 'network tv stations'... so the time is now. Its model and market thats elusive.

Perhaps when posts are few, like now, they should be consolidated in the main section. This would liven things up a bit, require less time and clicks to see whats going on, and present a more interesting package to 'guests' checking it out. Then when posts reach a 'tipping point' they flow back into the sub-forums.

Things are going ok, making a couple sales. Working on a development project for .tv. everything.tv continues to pick up traffic. Have built up the LLtv.net/.org portfolio, one got $16 click on SEDO which I could not believe. You got any development going on ? You had some cool stuff in the works before.

I just spent some time on Everything.tv and now feel much more caught-up on happenings with the extension. Thanks! $16 for a click is stunning. And, I'd like to hear about your dev project for .tv.

As for me... like your LLtv.net/org portfolio, I've built up a keyword tv.com portfolio/network. And have some other interesting projects that are paying-off --even in these early stages. But this is not our 'dev projects' thread so perhaps we should start another.
