domain Evaluating a package need some help

I am offering several domains to an end user, with annual sales somewhere in the xx,xxx,xxx range. I would like your appraisals as to what these domains, combined, would be worth to an end user in that specific niche. Keep in mind, I own the plurals, which are not for sale.

Going based on standard metrics (Ovt, wordtracker, etc) I'd guess the .com is worth somewhere in the high $xxx - low $xxxx (without any revenue data obviously). But given these are being offered to an end-user I'd push that into the high $x,xxx - low $xx,xxx particularly if canvas tarps are the primary product of the end-user in mind.
