Nice deal indeed. The cost to a registrar for a .fr is €6.50

Yeah, I'll conceed that the .mobi is still a little more than other registrars even after the discount- but would be useful to those who like their keep their domains in one place/want to keep their business within the EU.
As you both say, I don't think the .fr deal can be bettered and am planning on regging up some good 'uns with a french contact...
